Requirements and Policies

To ensure the health and wellbeing for our clients. Please read our policies before booking an appointment. 


1. Must be 18+. You must present your I.D or driver's license during your check-in. Minors will be immediately denied service. (California does not allow legal guardians to sign off for minors)


2. No major skin issues in or around the brow area. This includes severe acne,  rosacea, eczema, and other skin conditions.


3. Cannot be pregnant or nursing. 


4. Cannot be diabetic (Please consult with your doctor before booking a treatment).


5. Cannot actively be undergoing chemotherapy.


6. Cannot have an autoimmune disease.


7. Cannot be taking blood thinning medication.

8. Must discontinue use of products such as Retin-A that thin the skin for at least one month prior to service

General Polices

1. All services require a $50 deposit and must be paid at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit paid is to secure your spot and account for my time. It will be deducted from the total cost of the service. You may reschedule your appointment ONCE as long as it is done 24 hours in advance (you can do this through the confirmation email you will receive once you book). If you need to reschedule a second time, you will need to rebook and pay an additional deposit.

2. Please arrive 15 minutes before appointment to ensure that your check-in and intake procedures are completed. 

3. You may bring one additional guest to our session. The suite can ONLY accommodate one additional guest.

4. Masks are not required but you are welcome to wear one if you would like. (I will be wearing a mask during your service to protect myself from blood and other fluids).

5. You must follow the pre and post care that is given to you in order to achieve optimum results. (Unless you are allergic to something or have a medical issue, please advise a doctor).

No Refund Policy

1. All sales are final and are non-refundable.

2. Once a service for eyebrows or lips are completed. The client is fully made aware that no refunds will be issued. 

3. All deposits made for appointments will be non-refundable.

4. If payments were made with CHERRY. Customers are responsible for making the payments. SR Beauty Studios is not responsible for issuing refunds for CHERRY.

5. Certain exceptions will be made for medical reasons if the client proves they cannot complete a treatment due to medical reasons. Letter from a doctor or medical professional needs to prove your inability to continue with a treatment. Refunds will be issued in such cases.
